4. Refund Policy
Subscription cancellation refunds

Refunds are only provided in case of subscription cancellations and solely at the discretion of Prime Sender.
To request a refund for subscription cancellation: Contact support@prime-sender.net with your account details and cancellation request.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and credited to your original payment method. Refunds are prorated based on unused subscription time.
